1. What this policy covers
1.1 This policy explains how NBS Technologies Limited (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at centremove.com and on the CentreMove platform and app (together, the “Platform”). It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally, and our Terms of Use.
1.2 Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site. We also use similar technologies – such as local storage, pixels and software development kits (SDKs) in the app – and this policy covers those too. Where we say “cookies” below, we mean all of them.
2. The types of cookies we use
2.1 We group cookies into four categories:
- Strictly necessary – essential for the Platform to work: signing you in, keeping your session secure, remembering your cookie choices, load balancing and fraud prevention. These do not require consent and cannot be switched off through our settings, because the Platform cannot function without them.
- Functional – remember choices you make (such as display preferences) to improve your experience. Used only with your consent.
- Analytics – help us understand how the website and Platform are used, so we can fix problems and improve features. Used only with your consent.
- Marketing – measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, if used, show you relevant CentreMove advertising elsewhere. Used only with your consent.
3. The cookies we use
3.1 The tables below list the cookies and similar technologies in use, who sets them, what they do, and how long they last.

4. Your choices
4.1 When you first visit, our cookie banner asks for your choices. Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you choose; nothing else runs unless you agree. Rejecting non-essential cookies is as easy as accepting them, and using the Platform is not conditional on accepting them.
4.2 You can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future use of those cookies; it does not affect what was done while consent was in place, and some cookies already on your device may remain until they expire or you delete them.
4.3 You can also control cookies through your browser – including blocking or deleting them – and limit ad tracking through your device settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform working, including signing in.
5. Cookies and your personal data
5.1 Some cookies involve processing personal data – for example an IP address or a device identifier. Where they do, our Privacy Policy applies, including the lawful bases we rely on and your rights. Consent collected through the banner is our lawful basis for non-essential cookies under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), alongside UK GDPR for the associated personal data.
5.2 Third parties that set cookies through our Platform act under their own privacy notices for data they collect as controllers. Links to their notices are provided in the cookie tables on the web version of this policy.
6. Changes to this policy
6.1 We will update this policy when the cookies we use change – for example when we add or remove a tool. The current version, with its issue date, is always available on the Platform, and material changes will be reflected in the cookie banner so you can review your choices.
